Class Structure

Classes meet twice a week.  The class size allows for the coach to spend time with each participant and give feedback during every class.  The workout consists of a series of lifts with time spent at the end of class focused on abdominal muscles.  Workouts will vary both by the individuals needs and also in the amount each individual lifts.  Most of the lifts can be adapted to accommodate various physical limitations.

No background in weightlifting is needed.  At the beginning, Colleen will work with you to help you learn the technique of the lifts before adding weight.
