What ages do you work with?

The youngest age that I work with is 12. Clients currently vary in age from 12 to 90. One of the best parts of weightlifting is that it can be modified to work with any body.

How long are classes?

In order to gain strength, the workouts vary between heavy, moderate, and light days. You should allow for about 60 minutes per class however some days the workout may take less time, while other days the workout may take a little longer.

I’ve never lifted before, can I still sign up?

Of course! The vast majority of clients have never lifted before entering the gym.
